I’m a counsellor based in East Auckland, offering both in-person and online sessions to support you wherever you’re most comfortable. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, teenagers, and adults — each with their own unique story and journey. I am a Provisional Member Registered with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC).
What drew me to counselling — and keeps me passionate about this work — is a deep belief that we all deserve space to be truly seen, heard, and supported. Life can be overwhelming, and we often forget that looking after ourselves is not selfish — it’s necessary. I believe that when we care for ourselves, we’re better able to care for others and live more fully.
I offer a brave, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever’s on your mind — your thoughts, feelings, and experiences — at your own pace. I see counselling as a collaborative journey where you remain the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and guidance as you reconnect with your strengths, discover what truly matters to you, and take steps toward living your most authentic life.
I hold a Bachelor of Applied Counselling and a Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Arts Therapy. I enjoy integrating creative approaches where helpful, offering different pathways for expression, healing, and personal growth.
Wherever you’re at right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone — I’m here to support you.
